Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope of Application

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is intended exclusively for consumers.

  • Consumer: Any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity.
  • Businesses: Natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, act in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activities.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Vibra-Stop.

  • By listing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract.
  • You may add products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting the order. Please use the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
  • The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products in your shopping cart by clicking the order button.
  • After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text

  • Available contract language: German.
  • We store the contract text and send you the order details as well as our Terms and Conditions in writing. For security reasons, the contract text is not accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery options: We ship products exclusively to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
  • Pickup: Unfortunately, pickup of the goods is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  1. Prepayment:
    • You will receive our bank details in a separate email.
    • Delivery will take place after receipt of payment.
  2. PayPal:
    • To use PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal.
    • The payment transaction takes place immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
    • PayPal may offer additional payment options. These depend on your PayPal account and are governed exclusively by your contractual relationship with PayPal.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

  • The statutory liability for defects applies.

  • Information on additional guarantees and their terms can be found with the respective product or on specific information pages in the online store.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.
  • We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
